DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Nearly 1,000 runners will descend on the campus of Embry-Riddle on Saturday morning for the 14th edition of the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic. The race features 10 collegiate teams and 23 high schools, including nine from Volusia County. The lone home meet of the season for the Eagles, the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic is run on one of the most challenging courses in the state of Florida, a course that features numerous types of terrain, including athletic fields, grass hills, mulch trails and concrete.
